They damage a wheel on my vehicle and refused to take any responsibility. They called the owner and I talked with him. He said he didn't even want to look at the damage. He said there was nothing he could do and it was my problem to deal with.

Very poor car wash that lost my floor mat and won't work with me to resolve the issue. I've called the company four times over the course of a week and they won't call me back. The person I just spoke with said he didn't know who owned the business and wouldn't give me his name. Make sure your car is undamaged when you leave and nothing is missing, apparently you'll never get it back if it is.
