Robert replaced flashing on our chimneys and was very responsive and explained the work to be done in detail. He even took photos and texted them to me so that I could see what steps were taken. Robert took the time to walk me through the process from start to finish. From day one, he was prompt in returning calls and good at keeping promises. Zero-pressure right from the beginning, even patiently waited for payment to clear well after the job was done. I am glad that Robert was available to do the job. Very professional and courteous.

Superior customer service. I had had several contractors and insurance adjusters out to get bids. Robert happened to be evaluating my neighbors' roof when I happened across him. He came over to mine the very next day and took excellent care of it for me.
