Never coming back here again. I bought a pack of beer and it rang up 8 dollars more than what was on the label. While the cashier went back to check the price, I left my credit card in the machine. When the cashier came back and agreed that it was labeled 8.99 and not 16.99, the charge had already gone through as credit even though I didn't put my pin in.
The cashier advised me that she would have her manager call us the next day and get us a refund. It's only $8.00. I wasn't worried.
The next day came and no call from the manager.
I called the manager today and spoke with her. Using poor English and speaking as quickly as she hit the meth pipe before work, she advised me that she's "not gonna lose no eight dollars". She said that I shouldn't be calling her and telling her how to do her job.
If you want absolutely atrocious customer service and people that steal your money, go here!
