This cab service price rates is fine but following directions and being able to locate residence seem to be a major issue for drivers. Most of the drivers cannot understand english which makes it harder for customer to explain directions. Wait time is also kinda long. Some of the dispatchers as well as drivers attitudes are bad. Its very frustrating when you have to repetitively explain directions and some never make it to you residence because they do not follow directions. I would not recommend drivers need to learn to speak and understand english better.
