The black lady that drew my blood put the needle in sideways instead of going straight in. I watched her and she pushed the needle all the way through the vein, the needle came out the other side. She said your vein is rolling, I said NO it's NOT! I said you either don't know what you are doing or your trying to destroy my vein. I almost called 911, I probably should have. I looked for a phone number on the internet to call and complain but there is none. I'm going to try to get a phone number today to call someone, things like this shouldn't happen, she ended up using another vein. I will never go back to this place again.
