They are horrible and the lady that answers the phone is ride. There were white men who were racist to me and my boy friend. My boyfriend came to pick me up for work 20mins later our car was gone and we lost our jobs. They over charge for towing. Smh

Simple words they suck. They are rude, unprofessional, don't know the laws, how to do legal documentation . The worst business I have dealt with in a long time.

Not only are they impossible to find, they are incompetent and extremely rude. They threaten to not accept payment and I'd rather have two meth heads conceive a child in my car before using last chance wreckers again. At least they are 24 hours.

Can't believe that they would still be in business after so many people have reported them for stealing cars. What is wrong with this city?

They are overpriced and treat their empoyees like crap!

Other reviewers dealt with Last Chance not by choice. I was stranded and LCW was fast and courteous. Retrieved my car from a valet parking garage, took me and car to the shop all in good order. Don't put your car where it shouldn't be. Call LCW if stranded on a Saturday morning with a dead battery in downtown Indianapolis.
