Dr. Breall is very easy going, easy to communicate with and very thorough. He ensures his patients do not leave the visit with unanswered questions. He and his staff reply promptly to email and phone inquiries, unlike most medical offices. In fact, most medical facilities would benefit in taking lessons from him in regards to "customer service".
