They are reasonable people and they treat everyone equal

These people want to see you succeed. Karen who answers the phone is delightful. Woody is very pleasant and Eric is easy to talk with.

This place is poorly run and operated. They try to tell you they are not about the "money", yet they absolutely are, 100%. Basically a group of people who literally can't walk and chew gum at the same time. I feel sorry for those who have house arrest when you deal with these people.
