David Hennessy fought on my behalf at every hearing. He made the prosecutors work for every piece of evidence they attempted to introduce. His courtroom presence in Marion County is unmatched in my opinion. His is clearly well regarded by judges and their staff. I am certain that he is one of the most able trial attorneys in the city; although, in my case it didn't go that far before Mr. Hennessy Was successful in getting my case dismissed. The thing that impressed me the most, however, was that he seems to treat everyone the same. He may not always be nice to you, but he will always be fair.

Mr. David Hennessy is by far the BEST criminal lawyer in the state of Indiana. In my dealings with lawyers, I would say he is Actually One of the Best Lawyers in the United States!! He is respected and feared at the same time. When he is in a courtroom, the whole court staff are on their toes, leaning in to hear what he has to say. It's like the commercial for the old investment firm "E.F. Hutton"..."When E.F. Hutton speaks, people listen". Same goes for David Hennessy. To wrap it up: His intellect and negotiation skills are second to no one when conversing with Prosecutors or the presiding Judge. He is not the warm, touchy-feely type when dealing with defendants, but you will soon get over that aspect of his nature once he has represented you. He is not cheap on price, and that is because you get what you pay for. He is a rock star and I am so glad to have had him represent me. jc
