Bad situation solved: Woke up one morning and found the basement sewage ejector pump non-functional, and we have week-end gusets coming. Dave Heffner had come highly recommended so I called him. It is 7:30 am. He had a heavy schedule for the day but promised to stop by that evening. He arrived around 5:45 pm and had the job finished by 8 pm. He is very professiional, thorough, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him. He will always be the first on that I call.

I called and he said he would get back to me later in the week to replace a cartridge in bathroom sink. Never received a call back so I went with another plumber in the area.
