Bike shops today aren't about bikes.  They aren't about helmets, shoes, or pedals.  All that is just "stuff," and stuff you can get anywhere.  You can order stuff online and have a box of it waiting on your door the next morning.  Having the right "stuff" isn't what makes a great store.       When was the last time you heard someone talk enthusiastically about a shopping experience they had?  Did they tell you about how they walked into a store that had the best stuff in town?  Probably not.  It's more likely that they told you about the people, and how they helped you.   Customer experiences like this are made possible by Gray Goat's expert staff.  Throughout the year Gray Goat staff travels the country to learn about the latest in cycling products, fitting sciences and retail practices.  All to make the experience that our customers receive the best it can be.
