OVERCHARGED for HACK COLOR JOB!! I've never written a negative review before but I had such a terrible experience I wanted to warn others. I went into Full Circle for an all over color job that turned out not only blotchy and mis-colored, but the stylist completely missed coloring several chunks! My hair looks leopard print towards the roots from the uneven color application. I went to another Aveda salon and the stylist was shocked they let me leave looking like that and said it would've taken her 15 minutes to fix.



To top it off they charged me $111 just for an all over color!! After going back and forth with the manager for over a week and sending her photos she agreed to put a glaze over to try to even out the color but said they don't do refunds. She also tried to blame me for the bad color job saying I should've known that it would look bad because I had dry hair.....What?!?



Clearly QUALITY IS NOT A CONCERN for this salon.

Esther is excellent. Young and hip, and has great ideas for short hair. Although the salon is a little pricey, you definitely get what you pay for. I am extremely particular about my hair (short natural curly). Esther is by far one of the best stylists I've encountered in my 36+ years of having my hair styled.

Great atmosphere and wonderful stylists! Lisa, the owner is doing a WONDERFUL job! Also, who can go wrong with Aveda products!!!
