The company that was handling my account had been dealing directly with my customer without my knowledge, so I had faxed over a request for quote along with information that my customer provided me with to Fluid Air Engineering. I was reaching out to other companies who carried a certain product that would be willing to provide product to me. This company didn't even bother to respond to the first request, so when I sent the request a second time, I got a nasty response back from them. It's one thing if a company truely can't quote on something for a leagal reason, but to be rude and ignorant about it is VERY POOR way to conduct business. It comes to my understanding that this company clearly does not understand the meaning of customer service and sales.
