I was on a quest for furnture and stumbled on the guys at factory furniture direct...funny, professional, and very effecient. I just built a new home and furnished my entire home with them. Couldn't have been more satifised!

These guy's have it! The look, Service, and great prices. I was impressed when the salesperson showed me the savings that I received, His kept telling me the more that I bought that the more they could save me and they proved it at the end. Thanks for all the help!

I would never recommend them to anyone, I even wish I could cancel the orders I still have outstanding and I love the pieces I ordered. The furniture they had in stock was delivered on time, it is my order that I am so unhappy about. They never even called me to tell me my order was delayed! I found out when I called them wondering where it was. Then the answers I got were always the same, it would be delivered 2 days from whatever day it was I called (again because they won't call you) and as soon as it's checked in at the warehouse it will be on a truck to you...but it never is. Now evidently it is in and my sales person told me he was going to pick it up and bring it to me himself I'd have it before noon on Monday...guess what still not here. To tell you the truth I could put up with the furniture being late, things happen, what has ticked me off is their non-communication when things are delayed, and their getting mad at me for being frustrated with the situation. Trust me unless you can put it in your car and drive it home don't use them!
