I'm a former resident and the experience has been amazing, the grounds are on point, the staff are always ready to help, and moving in was honestly a very quick and easy experience, I would definitely advise moving here

I've lived here almost a year and really love it. The office staff is friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance staff is quick, efficient, and always ready with a smile and wave. They come to the rescue any time of the day or night, and have always treated me with kindness and respect.

Im a current resident here and I absolutely hate it. I've been dealing with a bed bug issue since shortly after I moved on. (I did not bring them in, the apartments have a HUGE issue with them, so I've learned) Bed bugs are not the only bugs I've been having issues with, also roaches. I fumigated the place myself before I even moved in but it didn't matter. There are so many roaches in the buildings, I have talked to other residents in other buildings and we all struggle with the roach issue. The leasing office was never any help to me, all they want is your money. They all have attitudes, everyone I've interacted with over the phone, or who has helped me in person. I can hear everything through the walls, feels like there's no privacy. I would give 0/5 stars if I could

So far living here I have had no problems everyone one is are really friendly I don't have any problems with my neighbors being too loud it's a quiet complex for my first apartment I think it's going good I would recommend anyone and everyone to come out and put an application in and to movie in it's really a great safe place to live .

Ever since I moved in never really had problems. People are very friendly. Nothing really noisy. And they get stuff done fast around here

I just signed a lease with country club apartments. very happy with the way our leasing agent treated us.and she even gave us a great move in deal

Nice place good people decent pricing what more could I ask for. The woman that help me get my apartment was very nice and helpful and we got moved in very quickly

its quiet and the staff is great. Maintenance is always on point, I have never had to call twice about a problem I'm having. it gets fixed quick.

I've lived here longer than I planned to. There was a significant amount of time that the property ownership and management went through multiple companies. The current ownership has actually invested in the property. Their is a small fitness center with the laundry facility. They keep up with the pool. The grounds are cleaner and they make daily efforts to clean up any litter. They have been remodeling the apartments, upgrading the amenities and appearances and making any repairs needed. New windows were installed in every apartment. The location is fantastic. It's minutes away from downtown and near every major interstate (465,65, 70)

This is an older property. But they are doing every upgrade possible and maximizing the potential. The current property manager Kirby is the best property manager that has been here since I've lived here. She has been a driving force behind implementing and executing the improvements that her company has commissioned.

So far so good. I've been here 6 months and its been all good. My apartment was brand new when I moved in. The girls in the office are awesome specially Kirby.

Cheap and well kept. Management are pretty good about dressing your concerns. Never had a problem with any of the leasing agents either.

These apartments are very affordable and nice. My leasing agent was great! I do reccomend! Very nice for the price!

Family friendly.cheapest rates we found anywhere that we looked. Great office staff. Worth looking into.

Well I've lived here for almost 6 years and i have no problems. I enjoy my apartment very much it is convenient and close to grocery stores thrift stores and Wal-Mart. The office people are very kind and helpful. Maintenance is very fast and efficient everything i need they are there. I do not plan to ever leave this place.

Worst apartments in the world. I recommend no-one to move here, I've lived here since late June and it is the worst mistake of my life. The leasing office are all rude and they don't care about anyone's concerns. The first week me and my fiance lived here we got robbed for $800. We asked to move to a different apartment they got rude, said "No, stuff like that don't happen here. Just tell people to leave you alone." We have a 6 month old daughter. Nothing is good about this place, in my complex it's full of crack heads and people fighting all day and all night. Ridiculous and nobody will do anything about it. We live on the top floor, the only plus is we have an AC but guess what? It leaks!!! There's cockroaches, spiders, mice & I've even came across bed bugs!!!! When we were showed our apartment everything looked fine after we moved in it went to hell. Never again will I live here, if you have children DO NOT come here!!! There's nothing good about Country Club Apartments other than it's cheap but I'm telling you it isn't even worth what we pay!!! I have no clue why these apartments are still up and running. When I move out I'm calling the board of health and I'm so serious!!!
