We treat you like neighbors because you are. We are a local,  small business keeping the money we make right here in the local economy. And we help out other local, small businesses  whenever possible because that is what being neighborly is all  about; helping one another.

Who We Are

Carpet Medix has been in business since 2009. Before that, I was a Department Manager In-a-Box type places for many years that  specializes in trying to strong-arm their customers into buying  more than they intended and wanted. After a long-standing difference  of opinion on the RIGHT way to do business, I finally left that big business to form my own company where I could treat customers right,  where I could feel like I was actually helping someone Here at Carpet Medix,  we treat our customers like people, not like an ATM machine like my  previous employer does. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy advertising,  TV or radio commercials, or huge billboards. Our business speaks for itself.  Our customers tell their friends and coworkers about us.

Our reputation as a locally-owned small business that treats people  right is exactly the goal we had in mind when Carpet Medix first formed.  And this type of honest, friendly, convenient service is the reason we  have such great standing in the community.
