I just want to say that I had a great experience! I purchased a vehicle on Friday and a few days later experienced problems. I expected it to be a complete hassle when addressing the issue since they are a buy here pay here. To my surprise they went above and beyond to make it right.

we have been looking for a SUV for spare. Been to Buds a hand full of times to browse. We were told at one place to go to another location because they were closing soon. We decided to drive over to the 10th and Sherman location. The so called manager cannot work deals even though I had $5,000 cash. He had to check with his boss, told me to come back another day, they still needed to check out the vehicle, etc. Not sure what they selling here, maybe just B.S., but they sure do not want to sell any cars, I think "BUDS" is for something other than auto sales. lol.

I was very dissapointed. The sales associates were very unprofessional and lacked any kind of customer service. I would never recommend this company.
