We have used this company for the last 6or7 years. They are GREAT!!! Rob is a GREAT GUY and always makes sure we're happy with what he's done. Great company.

Dealing with Baptist Heating & Air for the last 20 years has been phenomenal. Always ready to take care of you most urgent need, and a compassion that surpasses all other companies we have dealt with.

Baptist just installed a complete high efficiency system for me. Hi efficiency heat pump, electronic air filter, UV light, variable speed blower, whole house humidifier, the works.

I had 3 total quotes and neither of the others spent the time to size the system to what we need - just matched what had been installed years earlier. Baptist evaluated our needs and the issues we had with our old system. The variable speed blower they suggested has made a huge difference in the noise level - our old system was so loud, and this one we can barely tell is running.

They completed everything on time with no suprises, and left everything clean when done.

If you are in the market for new system or need maintenance on an existing, I would definitely give this company a call.

I called them to buy a part and they could not figure out if the part they had in stock was compatible. They did not know how to retrieve the specifications so that I could determine the compatibility. After requesting this information from two persons, a third picked up the phone and began verbally insulting me, called me "incompetent," said that my furnace was too old, and then refused to sell me anything.

The person that repeatedly insulted me, kept referring to "error codes" that I did not ever mentioned, so I suspect they may of had my call confused with another customer. Nevertheless, I can't imagine any person deserving the type of abuse that occurred. A quick Google search of the part number I gave them yielded more than a dozen results with compatible replacements, and even Walmart sells them. I would advise that people avoid this company, even in a crunch.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Staff is amazing, specifically the men who worked on my unit. Just above and beyond kindness, consideration, and care for our needs. I didn't understand my thermostat and he took the time to figure it out and show me how to use it and explained everything he did with my AC unit clearly and carefully. Our entire AC unit was replaced through our home warranty company (who I do not love) and Baptist was incredibly considerate and prompt. If you ever need anything done, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL. Hands down best service I've ever received.

My AC was not working called at 8 am and was serviced the same day. Never once tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Very polite and experience in his field. Would refer this company to any body who needs service.

I am very happy with the service I received from Baptist Heating and Air. They are on time, the staff is knowledge and I had a service agreement for several years.

Baptist heating and air is a company that really cares about making people feel comfortable. They have hard working and knowledgeable technicians and great customer service.

Rob came out late on a Saturday night and went out of his way to patiently answer all my technical questions. He did a great job and quickly got our A/C working to my wife's enjoyment. Two companies did not even care to return calls, but Baptist Heating & Air, Inc. not only returned the call, but were out here to repair the A/C in 1.5hrs. Definitely the 1st guys I will call or recommend. VERY reasonably priced and professional.

I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and I was very pleased with How polite and clean the workers were there was not a speck of dust left for Me to clean up . I also got a great product My bill was greatly reduced Yes I would call and use this company again .
