Terrible organization skills. Not Professional. There were countless discussions only to not have any services after a week of waiting. They tried to sell me equipment that was not needed and when I mentioned it to the manager he says it was "just in case", then told me that there would be a monitoring and maintenenace fee. They have one soltuion which is to try to blame your equipment for their inabiity to provide professional service, and sell you what you don't need. Get a second opinion, there are far more trustworthy businesses out there than this. I'm paying 40% less for the exact contract and only two days, after hours,for onboarding.
