Andy Mohr Truck Center opened 2010. This location has served truck buyers for over 50 years in Indianapolis, Indiana. Andy Mohr Truck Center has carried on that tradition by offering an expansive stock of new Volvo and Ford commercial trucks, plus a diverse inventory of used medium and heavy duty trucks. You can find trucks from the Freightliner, International, Kenworth, and Volvo lines at our Central Indiana commercial truck dealership. From AMTC’s beginning in March 2010, Andy Mohr has renewed the commitment to provide the right vehicle and the right price with unending support from our commercial truck service and parts departments.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! ...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! I unfortunately took my 2009 F-650 truck to this awful place and instructed them to only do repairs if they were covered under warranty. After telling me all repairs would be covered and having my truck for nearly 1 month they called me and told me the truck was fixed. I was told that I had a bill for over $800 in labor that was not covered under warranty. I was unhappy to say the least and argued that they should have called before a bill accrued. I paid the bill and got in my truck; that was supposed to be fixed; only to find that the batteries were completely dead. They came out and jump started the truck, and I noticed it had a big deep scratch in the right fender that was not there before. I pointed it out to the shop manager. I also noticed it was running poorly and did not sound the same as usual. The shop manger told me to take it for a drive and see if it gets better . It did not! In fact it barely made it back to the shop . I left it and told them they needed to fix this problem. The next day I was told that now my truck had a new problem. I was given a bill for another $150 for diagnosing and was told that labor would be $800 or more. I told them to park my truck outside and I picked it up. I took my truck home and fixed the problem myself in about an hour and a half with no parts needed. I then contacted them about the damage gave them 2 estimates from my local body shops one for $600 one for $900. I was told I needed an estimate through their preferred body shop in Indy. I did this trying to cooperate. Then they tried force me to use their preferred shop, by threatening not pay for anything. After some time of arguing and seeing different management, I finally got a check to pay the shop I wanted to do the repair. My opinion is these people are very unprofessional and will try everything they can to get as much money for as little work possible on their end. Also other dealerships have refused to work on my truck once they find out that this place has had their hands on it. I will not be going back and hope this helps anyone else that may think of using Andy Mohr Truck Center.

Total Rip Off

I took my F-350 into this place to have an alignment done, and since it was there anyway, I told them to go ahead and change the fuel filters and oil, knowing that it was going to cost more than a typical shop. After having the truck for 10 hours, the only thing done was an oil change and fuel filters. No one bothered to call me after I specifically told them I needed the truck I done same day because it is my daily vehicle. Basically, they ignored my requests and did the work that they knew they could make the most money on instead of the work that brought me in the door. I will NEVER go back there again!!!
