Kids cut

We brought our son here in Indiana, PA for a simple haircut. We been here about 3 times now and I asked why do you charge 10.95$ for a kids cut and wash when you never washed it any of the 3 times? So when he came back out from getting a cut, I requested they do what I pay for since there visibly was hair all over his face. She didn't even bother to wipe it off a 9 year old. So after she rinsed, his hair a little bit she said that some water had got on his shirt. Well he was soaked poor kid. It's below freezing and snowing outside and we were going to do more things. I explained to her we can't take him out in this weather as he is shivering now in a heated store. So I asked for them to replace his shirt with the cheapest 4.98$ shirt at walmart. They refused. Wow is this a settlement waiting to happen.
