I had a whole speaker system, including a head unit and 12" sub, installed by Sam and Bruce. They did a fantastic job! Easy to work with, great options in the shop. Down to earth real people that are interested in your expectations and are insightful on how to get you there.

What I appreciate most is that they offered their input and we're up front on cost and reliability of the different products. I am greatful that they guided me in the decision making process because the end result was a budget friendly powerful system that meets all my needs. I have enjoyed the set up the last 6 months so much that I decided I need to go back and write a review! :-) thank you guys!

I recently had a remote starter installed in my car. I agreed to the price - they never mentioned there was a 10% off offer that I found on my own. Their normal policy is to have the customer do a "walk around" and test things out after the install. When I picked my car up they just asked for my credit card, handed me the keys and sent me out the door. Only to arrive home and find that my headlights didn't work and the check engine light started coming on. Of course, they have no weekend hours - so I've been out in the cold all day doing my own repairs. Car is fixed. I have no proof of the issue because of lack of post install walk around but check things carefully if you allow them to work on your vehicle. They do seem to have high quality merchandise. They are high priced - having no other competition in the area and as soon as they get your money, their go from friendly to treating you like you are a bother to them. Buyer beware.

Had a remote starter done here with a "lifetime warranty", shortly after having the starter put in by "professionals" my car started having all kinds of problems. They basically dodged me for a couple of weeks saying they were checking with the manufacturer to get it covered. I never heard back from them until I finally had to call them and they "offered" to deinstall the starter for an additional 40 dollars (even though I bought the starter there, had it installed there, paid a 25 dollar "troubleshooting fee")

If you want to have your car work done correctly, go to a real professional.

I got a remote car starter ins...

I got a remote car starter installed here in early 2009. I started having problems with it a few months later (randomly shutting off, cranking the engine, etc. right after I’d start the car using the remote) I called and asked them to look at it and they told me there was nothing they could do, because it was still working “most of the time”. The guy on the phone was rude and acted as if it wasn’t worth his time. So I muddled thru. About a year ago my key fob stopped working. I ordered a new one which they told me would need programmed. After I received it, I called to ask them when I could stop by for them to program it. They told me they wouldn’t do it because the instructions were in the user’s manual, again, they were very rude about it. I couldn’t figure it out, after 2 hours. But I found the spare key fob I had received with the initial installation. In December 2011, the remote starter quit working all together. I asked them to service it, and they told me there was nothing they could do. We called the manufacturer who told me Audio Phonics could service it because it has a lifetime warranty. On January 3, my boyfriend stopped in and spoke to the owner. She was very unsympathetic about the remote starter not working, didn’t offer an apology or reconciliation, made excuses for the bad customer service, and told us the earliest we could get in would be February 3… a FULL month later AND she’s going to charge us for it, despite the bad customer service, them lying and saying they couldn’t service it, and the product still being covered by the warranty. Supposedly this is because they’re booked until then, and we were told they’d call us if there are any cancellations. However, I drive past frequently, and their parking lot is never close to full. I doubt they’re busy, it just seems like they don’t want bothered with customers. I’m currently looking for another location that services this brand of car starter. I really don’t want to deal with these people ever again. If they do end up fixing my car starter (like if I can’t find another retailer before February 3) I will NEVER do business with them again. EVER. The only reason they're getting 1 star, is because zero isn't an option.
