I can not express how much this place sucks! All these 5 stars are so fake! This place don't know how to fix anything at all. They can't fix transmission nor do they have good communication. Service is horrible. I can't wait for the day this place close down and stop ripping people off. Bless everyone who believe these fake 5 stars comment.

TERRIBLE! I brought my vehicle here when the transmission went out, quote was $2800 to $3300 but actually costed in the upwards of $3700. They said my vehicle would be done in about 4 days, they had it about TWO WEEKS!! They wont call to update you, you have to basically harrass them. The complleteion date on my vehicle was moved up several times & then when they finally said it was done & I could come pick it up, I drove the hour drive only to find my vehicle was not fixed and the check engine light was on! So I wasted time, gas, and time was missed at work. When I spoke to the "manager" and "owner" both were terrible, bad attitude, smart remarks, didnt care about me what so ever. They were unconcerned with how absolutely ridiculous and terrible they were running their "business". Definetly wont ever go here again once my car is out from under their warranty. NIGHTMARE is basically the only way to sum up my experience with TWIN TRANSMISSION, they are a JOKE!

This place deserves more than just a 5 star rating. They do excellent work. We have been taking our cars here for a few years now. Never an issue with Twin!!

I hired Twin Transmission to rebuild the transmission inside my honda odyssey. They did an excellent job. The rebuild was done about 5 months ago and I can say that there was never one issue with the rebuild job. From start to finish they were on the ball and I couldn't be happier with my choice to choose them to handle the rebuild. These guys do quality work and I would recommend others to them.

We were referred to Twin by several friends. From the point of the intial estimate, to the repair work being done, the entire team did a great job. This is one of the first businesses I have been to that has shown such great team work and effort with all of their customers. They did a great job on the repair and I will be back for other repairs as needed. Great job guys!

Twin Transmission did an awesome job on my transmission. I now know why they are called the best in the business in Charlotte. They do spectacular work, the car was finished on schedule (actually a few hours ahead of schedule) and they had an excellent warranty to go with their price. While other shops said only a 6 month or 1 year, they had a full 3 years or unlimited miles..which I can appreciate. Thanks so much Twin! I will be calling my friend Tom in.

Very happy with the work these guys did on my transmission. The job was done quicker than expected, the servicemen were very friendly, and I will be recommending their services to others!!

When my transmission needed a rebuild, needless to say I was not happy. I got three different estimates. One was from Aamco, the other was Mr Transmission and the third was from Twin. Out of all the places I called, Twin was the only one that was kind enough to explain to me the details of the work that would be done in the transmission rebuild process. He even invited me down to the shop to show me a current rebuild in progress. His price was not the cheapest, but the warranty was the longest, which I did appreciate. I had Twin do the work, they even let me use a $200 off coupon that I had found online. The job was done in 4 days. They called me continually as the repair was done to give me status updates, and they also put me in a rental car so I would not be without a vehicle. It has been two months since the work was done and I wanted to come online and put the spotlight on Twin Transmissions. They did an excellent job and I know I would not have had the same service anywhere else. Paul was very informative and I will be referring friends and family their way for sure.

Twin saved our vacation!! Our transmission failed on us while we were driving down 74 (a very scary thing!!). Our vacation was due to start that weekend so we were worried we may have to cancel plans. Paul talked with us and was able to get the work scheduled and done by Friday afternoon. They really went the extra mile to make another happy customer!! Thank you!!

We've been going to twin automotive since we first found them in 2007. More than several times we have asked them for advice and help with our two cars, and they have always been very helpful and more importantly honest. They are not like other shops that will ask you to pay for repairs you may not need. They are very good with the work they do and we would refer them to all friends and family.

I first dealt with Twin Automotive & Transmission Repair a few years ago when my daughter had an issue with her Ford Explorer. I had a great experience then, so when my transmission failed in my Honda, I knew exactly where to go. My experience with Twin reinforced that I had made the right decision. Thanks to you and all of the team for a great example of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Twin Transmission has always done an excellent job on my car. From first needing simple services like oil changes and transmission flushes all the way up to bigger repairs, clutches and transmissions, they have always done a great job. I would highly recommend them to others.

Twin Transmission had to fix what another shop could not. I had brought my broken transmission / car over to Mr Transmission on Independence but they (after 3 times) could not seem to fix the transmission problem. it cost me over $1200 just to get the car out of their shop, although they did not solve my problem. Twin was able to tow my car in for free and was able to fix the transmission (properly) in just 3 days. I would never recommend anyone to Mr Transmission, do your homework before you go anywhere. Twin did a great job and I will be telling EVERYONE i know about them!!!!
