We recently used PODS to move from New England to NC and all I can say is WOW! SO EASY. We called to scheduled our pods to be delivered and they were right on time, they dont give you an exact time but we received an e-mail, then a phone call on the day before it was to be delivered letting me know the delivery window. Then the next morning the Driver call us to give me a better idea when he would be there. Sure enough it was within five minutes of when he said. The loading was so easy, NO ramp, NO stepping up, Plenty of room for all our stuff. They explained everything in detail. When we arrived in NC the PODS location here was just as wonderful, They were very accommodating and understanding that we have our entire live in there hands. They scheduled our PODS for delivery as quickly as they could so we were not without our things. All I can say is that if anyone ever needed to move this is the way to go.
