Claudio Levi who owns Capstone Construction and Doctor Fence took a huge deposit from me to re do master bath, gutted my entire bathroom when he shouldn't have, did very little work that had to be redone, left me with a gutted bathroom and then abandoned job and said he spent all the deposit money and didn't have enough to finish my job. He admitted he owes me money but refuses to refund money due me. Took himself off Facebook because it shows lavish lifestyle when he says he has no money. My husband is disabled and this has been a real hardship. Had to get another contractor after months of waiting with no bathroom. Also had to get an attorney and am now suing him. Check credentials with your local building department and insurance and you will be surprised! Ck BBB as well!

He got people to post fake reviews. I have written acknowledgement that he admits he owes me thousands of dollars he essentially stole since he refuses to refund the money. He doesn't even belong to BBB...Check his credentials and he is NOT a leader in his field....and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to put a fence either.....If a contractor takes thousands of dollars and abandons a job saying he is broke and refuses to refund monies even though he continues to try and do jobs that is the definition of a thief and someone that cannot be trusted. Shame on him and his family must be ashamed of the way he steals from people in order to support them in a lavish lifestyle! He doesn't even have a business address. This is his daughter's residence. He doesn't even own a house. Watch out when he asks you to address the checks to his personal name....the IRS will be after him soon.

Claudio Levi is a con artist, he owes me thousands of dollars and refuses to pay. After doing some investigation I find out he owes the IRS over $1 million dollars and owes his workers money. He robs Peter to pay Paul, meanwhile he lives an extravagant lifestyle. Drives luxury cars, rents luxury homes pretending to be successful. Watch out for this CON MAN from Mexico.

Mr Levi from the Doctor Fence came and gave me an estimate. They came and replace 4 rotten fence posts, they were here and did the work when it were suppose to, they were and cleaned up after they were done. Very pleased and would recomend them.

Claudio came to,my home to repair a fence. He was professional and on-time and did a great job. I would recommend him.

Hired Levi to build an aluminum fence in my back yard. His guys cut into an irrigation pipe when they put the fence up. They apparently repaired it, but they never told me. Or they never told Levi. Six months later I noticed a large puddle in the ground which inform me of the leak . I called my irrigation guy and have him fix it, since he installed it and it would be best. He charge me $95 for this, which I thought was pretty fair. And I needed to get it fixed anyhow, didn't I? Instead of apologizing and kindly reimbursing me, Levi proceeded to complain about having to pay for anything and insisted I should've called him to fix it. After several months and agreeing to finally pay me he ultimately stiffed me for like $30. What a total slimeball! if he shut down happy.

Since we have just built our home, we have dealt with many contractors in the last year. Claudio Levi is the best one I have worked with. Professional, prompt, tidy work, fast and quality. It was refreshing to have someone with so much experience to offer suggestions and options. Mr. Levi offered to accompany me to trade shows to discuss pricing, materials and so on. Claudio is a man of his word and delivered on his contract above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend him for any job.

Mr. Levi did a wonderful job on a split rail fence. Very nice and professional job. And the gait they made is absolutely beautiful. No complaints what so ever. Would hire him again, if needed. Thanks Claudio!

Was in need of fence repair, posts and rails, Called Claudio Levi, he came out gave me an estimate and started the job on Monday. Very professional. Job was completed by his workers, They to had high standards, cleaned up just as they started, Also repaired my gate. Great job, Thank you so much.
