They replaced a serpentine and alternator belt on my Infiniti, and after they did, my engine started overheating. I took my car back several times and they diagnosed the problem as something different each time. Finally, they tried to stick me with a bill for $2500. I got a second opinion and the cost will be about $700. Wow, that's great service. Be warned.

I took my car in with a check engine light. I usually take it to the dealer but there was a 2 hour wait so I took it to Carolina car care. I didn't have an appointment and they looked rather busy I was afraid it was going to be the same thing. But they took my car into the shop about 15 minutes after Bob checked me in. About 40 minutes later they told me what it was and how much it was going to cost. So of course I called my dealer to compare and found out that Caroina Car Care was $86 less!!! I told them to go ahead and fix it and while waiting looked over the price list they had for just regular stuff and their pricing was much more affordable than the dealer. You guys have a customer forever!!! Thank you Bob!

I hired Carolina Car Care ("CCC") to install a transmission. After completing the work, the check engine light was on which was not on before. I later heard a rattling noise from underneath the car. I later learned unbeknownst to me, they had sent the car to an undesirable transmission shop to install the rebuilt transmission installed. CCC said the noise was from the transfer case and that it did not have anything to do with the transmission but the could replace the transfer case for $1300. I took the car to the dealer. The dealer said the transfer case was fine and the check engine light was caused because the knock sensor wire was yanked loose during installation of the transmission. The rattling was because the car needed oil. The dealer repaired the knock sensor and solved the noise problem. I filed a small claims case for reimbursement for the knock sensor and won. I filed a a writ of execution and will finally be paid. But the transmission still works improperly.

Jon and his crew have just celebrated their 1 year anniversary! We have been bringing our fleet of vehicles in for about 9 months now and couldn't be happier! Honest, fair, and a clean environment- I highly recommend them!!

A RIP OFF. last week I brought them a coupon for oil change that clearly states oil filter and 5qt of oil for 19.99. they charged me $6 extra for the filter without telling me. I ended up paying $32 for 19.99 oil change.



I would not use them again
