I have had my hair done there twice. I liked my haircut there the first time but the stylist could not duplicate it on my next visit. Very disappointed with the second hair cut. I noticed again on the second visit that this shop is dirty - hair spray can laying on the floor on it's side, hair all over the floor, splattered hair color on the wall at each station, rolling tray with stylist's tools a real mess with hair on everything, generally dirty. The owner was flitting around the shop messing with her I-phone, yakking to everyone and not paying attention to her business. On each visit when I arrived, no one appeared to be there - no receptionist visible and no stylist's anywhere. I heard them talking in the back and had to go look for them. I won't go back. They need to get their act together.
