I have used this car wash many, many times. It's my first choice of car washes. The attendant made a point of learning my name and is always pleasant and helpful. The water pressure is great and I can get a really good clean SUV for about $4. I think it's a GREAT business and I will continue to frequent Spot-Not Car Wash as long as I live in Independence, MO.

I used Spot-Not's automatic car wash today and upon going through the dryer one of my tail lights was ripped off my car due to the force of the wind coming out of the machine. I informed the attendant of the issue and was told it wasn't his problem and refused to even refund me my $7 for the car wash that I now regret ever using. Use caution when using this car wash for they do not car if their machines tear up your property. I will never go to this awful place again.
