I like fresh meat and didn't feel like I was getting very fresh in the supermarkets in Independence, MO. I wandered into Curt's Market one day just to look at their selection and prices. I was suprised to see the meat wasn't much more expensive than meat at the supermarket but so much tastier...especially the steaks and hamburger. I think Curt's Famous Meats is worth the little extra price for the quality and the friendly accomadation of the owners and employees. Give it a try!
