Dennis rate is slightly better than other but he has the worst customer service I've experience. We have a vacation home at Tahoe so all service need to go thru cleaning crew to unlock the door. First call was to schedule a time he is unable to give any time but rather get direct number of cleaning person, 5 days later they are still playing phone tag. Dennis request the keys be left under the map when I ask if he has insurance this guy just hangs up the phone.



Makes me wonder if this is a legitimate shop.



Called 2 other guys and was able to get a time from 1st call.
