Provided by YP.comIn August my husband and I, together with my parents, stayed at the Argo Inn and Suites in Idaho Springs. The rooms we stayed in were filthy! Other guests we spoke with agreed that their rooms were very dirty.
I told the front desk that the surfaces of our room had not been cleaned as there were food particles on the tables. gave me a white rag and cleaning solution to clean the room myself. I cleaned the surfaces of my room myself, which revealed that everything was indeed filthy as the white rag was brown after I wiped the table tops. I have never had to clean my own room at any hotel/motel I have ever stayed at!
Mr. Chong, the hotel owner, told me that he would give me a full refund, but my family had to leave the hotel immediately. I told him there was no vacancy anywhere in town and he said, 'that is not his problem'. There was no where else anywhere nearby for us to go.
I would never recommend anyone ever stay at the Argo Inn and Suites.
