Horible owners, horrible business practice. Cut locks after verbal negotiation during financial hardships. We offered trade. They sat on making a decision for over 3 months. I had no idea they were riffling through my units, while their manager Nick kept informing me all of my childrens belongings were good. Then they suddenly said they were not interested in trade. After 3 months of empty promises on the notion of yes were looking to trade. My bill went from $440 to $913. Pay today or lose your belongins. Negotiated a payment of $700. Paid by 5 pm. They then informed my our locks were cut in May. During negotiations i had not realized they asked about the sell of my furniture. I had never offered furnature. I came with a uhaul and my gate code didnt work. They did not answer and continued to hang up. So they are with holding my belongings, after going through them. Stole $700. Today. Criminals. Do not rent from these crooks. Opening my unit, cutting my locks, getting paid in full, then taking my families belongings is poor business ethics, poor people skils, down right dirty behaviors. We live in a small world.

Closed on Saturday. What kind of storage business is closed on Saturday? I mean, what day do people move the most? SATURDAY!
