With over 15 years of experience, we provide personalized dog walking and pet care services for N.W. Washington DC. Founded in 2002 after adopting a dog the year before, Happy Tails was born out of Wendy Dorfman's search to find a pet care firm that could accommodate her sweet and loving, but slightly neurotic, and very challenging dog. We work closely with clients to provide services that meet each pets needs, whether it's exercise, socialization, companionship or to reinforce obedience training. We also design our services to meet the needs of pet owners. Clients work directly with one person, so they always know who is taking care of their pets and their home. We provide personalized pet care in NW DC. We have a standard menu of services that include solo dog walking, small group walking, overnight pet sitting and cat care. We work closely with clients to provide services that meet each pets needs, whether it's exercise, socialization, companionship or to reinforce obedience training. We also design our services to meet the needs of pet owners by our extensive questionnaire and desire to provide quality, consistent care for your pet. We are insured and bonded with Business Insurers of the Carolinas and are members of Pet Sitters International.
