Great company, I would recommend to anyone looking for great prices and impeccable service.

New to fuel oil home heating, I ran out one day and needed some ASAP. After ambivalent customer service from the big name oil company and a desire to be greener, my significant other and I decided to look around and support a local small business. Well we happened upon this gem.



I placed a call around 4:30p and said that I understood if delivery wasn't possible same day and next day would be fine. Well, I got a call back before 5p saying that they would be right over to service me. After a mix up in directions (hey, we're still relatively new to the area), Curtis was polite and quick. Within minutes he checked our system out and filled the tank. What's more is that the prices were on par with the big name companies and better than others that I checked out.



What reeled me in initially is that the answering machine tells you much of the important details UPFRONT!



I will definitely be ordering from D&N Fuels again...this time I will not wait until the tank is empty (burrrr).
