Don't go there. Went for an Independent Evaluation for Workers comp and the therapist (Carlos Martinez) stated that he glanced at my file before seeing me,they wanted me to stand and do tasks without my walker which I need to get around for my condition for a 4 hour test. I am physically unable to stand for 5 min which is documented in my file if they had bothered to read my file they would know how to treat patients. The conditions in the office are horrible, I saw the therapist take the heat towels and reuse them on the next patient without washing them.WOULD NEVER RETURN IF THIS WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH!!!!!!
