Provided by YP.comForgot one piece in my order. Picked the wrong stone. The second time they cut it at the wrong dimensions. Finally they cut a third piece that is slightly thinner and has a different shade. Wait for it: they charged me 25% extra for their mistake! After bargaining we ended up with an extra fee of 12%, again for their mistake. that delayed my project by 2 weeks and we had to drive 3 times to Hyannis for it. Overall extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
