Whenever I go shopping, which is very often, my first stop is Dillard's to the Bryn Walker Department for women. There is a sales associate by the name of Janice who is absolutely GREAT...She will acknowledge you and then let you shop but she is never far away if you want to ask her questions for get another size. If I go to Dillard's and she is not there, I just leave until she IS there. I have never seen her when she wasn't smiling, telling me "it's good to see you again", etc.... I hate it when a sales associate just bugs the heck out of you by following you around and picking up a piece of clothing and saying "this would look good on you". I know what I like and that really annoys me. In today's fast pace in life, we seldom take the time to say "thank you" for a job well done. Today I AM taking the time to let Janice know how much I appreciate her and to let Dillard's know they are fortunate to have Janice and she needs to be acknowledged. Reba Warren
