I was told when referred that she was busy, and I can see why. She is the best I have worked with period. If you can talk to most agents, they will treat you with little respect, just trying to get through the sale, if you get to talk to them. With Thompson, when you work with her you can see the difference, she is passionate about it and she knows her stuff. I pay a little more to be at Nationwide now, but she makes it worth it because I am confident that I have the right insurance coverage.

I've had insurance for 25 years and have never had an agent who would take the time to explain my policy to me and what it all means. Theresa did that!! She was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I liked her staff too, very friendly! Theresa has all my insurance and I intend to keep it that way.
