i have stayed at this motel for several hunting trips, and will continue to stay there until i find a reason not to. the owner is very welcoming, and always has room for us, even on short notice. my dogs are welcome in the room. the room is always clean, and well kept. this motel is an older one, and not much updating has been done. you won't find a continental breakfast in the morning, and on a really busy night, really hot water may be lacking, but the place is nice and quiet. there is plenty of places to walk the dogs. and the owners are just really nice people. it is located fairly close to hunting areas, and they offer bird cleaning service. so if you are not interested in fancy hotel with a fancy price, this may be what you're looking for.
