I could go on and on about how wonderful the service the company gave me was especially with my a/c going out on the Friday (after office hours of course) before the 4th of July weekend.



The high points are that they are the most ethically and moraly sound company I know. There are no surprise costs at the end. They get the job done, are very neat about keeping your house clean while they work and, even took the time to keep my teacup chawauwau petted and paid attention to on there way in and out while still getting the job at hand done.



There entire crew cared about the work to be done well and keeping the customer happy...all the way from the owner to the workers to there wonderful office manager, Tammy.



They even made one more trip out after hours to help me with a problem a couple of days after the job was done. My breaker started tripping although it was nothing they did. We had a wire that was loose on that one breaker and they came out after hours at no extra charge, fixed it even though it was not anything they caused or had anything to do with. Botton line is that this company cares about their customers and take great pride in their work.



This company is outstanding in every way and although I am all for shopping around for the best price, the price was nominally different from two other companies but, I know that this company will take care of the customer, follow up when necessary and be thre whenever you need them. They won't cut corners and are there for you every stop of the way.



I can't thank them enough for what they have done and how they got it done.



To me, that goes a long way.
