I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS IN LATE NOVEMBER, 2018. NOW FEBRUARY 2019 IHAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PTRODUCTS.
TWO WEEKS AGO THEY SENT E-MAIL STATING THE PRODUCTS HAD BEEN MAILED. WHEN WE RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS THEY WERE FOR SOMEONE ELSE AS WE WERE TO HAVE OURNAME ON BOTH PRODUCTS AND WHAT WE RECEIVED WERE TWO DIFFERENT NAMES. NOW IHAVE TWO PRODUCTS LAYING ON SHELF IN GARAGE. I HAD E-MAILED REDLINE WITH THE PROBLEM WITH NO RESPONSE. TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE. WILL HAVE TO REPORT TO BBB..
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A REFUND ON WHAT I ORDERED.

Horribly customer service. I understand, if you promised shipment by a certain date and then emailed days before saying shipment wouldn't happen. Please reply back to emails in regards to when items will be shipped!!

Ordered online in late December. Promised delivery by the 14th of December (would not have ordered otherwise). Received an email late on the 21st saying I would NOT be receiving my order in time for Christmas. This was the first and LAST time I will order from this company.

Ordered in November for products promised before Christmas. Now am told that I need to buy other Christmas presents on a pre-programmed reply. I cannot get anyone on chat or anywhere else to talk to me. I see a lot of complaints about this company, and I am in agreement with them.

Placed order early Oct, still nothing and it's mid Dec. I ordered two items which were both Christmas gifts. I randomly got a refund for one of the items with no explanation whatsoever. After pursuing them via Facebook, Colin (owner) tells me he refunded because they couldn't locate the product I purchased. An apology and explanation would have been satisfactory for me but then he proceeds to write that it's a free country and that I should take my business elsewhere; then! Bans me from Redline's FB group. LOL Seriously? Who does that? All I wanted was what I had originally paid for several months ago.

More and more bad reviews for this company. Don't take the chance, shop somewhere else (as Colin suggests) and save yourself a huge headache.

We purchased the steel art piece-"God is good" and we love it! I chose gold because he's the King & is golden! When I got it it was actually a nicer color then how it was pictured,more of a copper but still golden! My husband is a veteran & we are Christians so there's a good chance we will purchase more items! God bless this company & everyone reading this review!

I have ordered a couple things from Redline Steel and I just love the detail they put into everything. I see alot of their newer products and they r amazing looking with alot of different options to choose from. Our order was to us in a timely manner and was very easy with no difficulties.
