I booked my daughter's 2nd birthday party there and they were great!! They were so helpful, from calling and reminding me of the time I booked her party to cutting the cake, passing out the food, and helping with cleanup. They were so friendly from beginning to the end! And most importantly, it was so clean!! We really enjoyed it and would recommend Pump It Up to anyone!!

Such a Bad experience.

The inflatable are good and kids had some fun (some places in the room are very smelly and dirty thou) but the managements and people are very bad.They did not help in anything.As soon as you paid the deposit they just want you to follow up and over which they don't pick up the phone or return the voice mail.We have to keep trying

Its a 25 Kids+Some parents party and they did not inform if we exceed the 2 Hr time they will overcharge us but during the final payment they charged me and said its in the email contract (really ? ) .If they want to manage 25Kids+Parents by our self in 30 min party room they suppose to have 2 helpers who really know what they are doing.It was terrible time managing everyone on our own.

Atlast my Kid forgot her Birthday Balloons there.Next day (within 16hrs) when we called, they said they threw away ? reason:the air is gone (really?) .We have our balloon at home up for past 10 days.
