I purchased some furniture today from Ashley; Judith Strickland assist me with the upmost care. She is very knowledgeable of the furniture. Very professional and caring. I give her the highest rating (5).

Went into the store, Aug. 5th, Saturday, looking for a powered loveseat recliner. The salesperson that welcomed me to the store was Ben. He couldn't have been a better salesperson. He took all of my considerations into account and very patiently showed me around the store and demonstrated all the models that interested me. I will probably take this store into consideration for my purchase because of Ben's help.

Is there an option for 'No Stars'? That would be my choice. this business is you can even call it that is just so sad.



never buy from these guys if you need the item within a four week timeframe. Even if you need it within a two week time frame, these guys will lie to you to get your money.



they also charge $120 for delivery. no matter how many pieces. And if you're picking up on your own? Expect your item to take twice as long to be delivered!



In short, they suck. Something to consider, they do not have a storage place in Huntsville, it's in Birmingham and deliveries of merchandise come from there.



Go to American Freight but be ready to pay two separate fees there; one for the actual delivery, and another for having your stuff put together.



Theyre both rip off's but at least with American Freight, you get your stuff usually the same day and you get it over with.



My entire huge home is furnished. But am still awaiting two items from Ashley which seem to never arrive. We are at nearly three weeks and counting on this delivery this time. Never again!

They have nice furniture, but that is all that's nice about them. After sales person was rude to me, I still stupidly came back and placed an order for a couch (from a different sales person). Ordered on Thanksgiving and was told that I should get by Xmas. After I paid I was told that Xmas might be sporty... but definitely by New Year. New Year came and went. Finally only after I called them did they check to see if my stuff was in stock. They set up a delivery date... which they then missed. Now January has gone and still no couch after almost 9 weeks. No good excuse or real appology. I ordered a couch for my office that same day at Basset and that couch arrived when promised.
