Recently while getting my car cleaned, an employee scratched my leather seat in my car. I got the full out run-around and the situation is a month to almost 2 months old and it still hasn't been resolved or handled properly in my eyes. The manager finally told me to get an estimate so they could fix the issue. After getting an $800 estimate to get the seat fixed and sending it over and not hearing anything back for two weeks, I got a email back from customer relations, prompted from my email requesting an update, saying the manager said they now can't accept responsibility for the damages. They have truly shown me how grimy they really are with the lack of customer service and not following proper protocols in my situations. The initial manager on duty never even walked out to look at the damages. I strongly question the integrity of the business, owners, employees, and equipment. Businesses really need to do better.

I went there today for a car wash and the brushes pulled the Hood Vent off my car damaging it so that I had to buy a new one. A very expensive car wash. Would not recommend
