dont call an place a order to pick up i called an was put on hold for 10mins then they hung up then i called back an they put me on hold for another 25mins i could hear them talking an one lady said its been a while since i worked here just talking away like she had all the time in the world an hung up its was on a wensday night at 11pm so we called back once again an ask why we was on hold twice for a total of 35mins she said it wasnt me who u talked to at that time i went somewere else i really like waffle house but might not ever call in a order or eat there again an ill be pleased to let my family an friends know an they will let ther friends an family know how they treat people i was vary upset with waffle house they did say they was busy but i drove by an ther was 3 cars ther an hardly anyone in there seems like to me they need new workers thanks hope waffle house will improve
