They have the NASTIEST woman working in billing. We were delivered a $180 order that we did not place and cannot afford. When we asked for balanced payments, she said, "I don't care if you are seniors. Go find a charity." Can't wait to dump them!

They are un-reachable. I've been trying to set up an account for over 2 weeks (currently with an empty propane tank) and I get sent to voicemail after voicemail with no return call. There is no live customer service
