Keith did an amazing job on our new porch. Him and his team were very Quick, clean and professional throughout the whole process. I couldn’t ask for more in a company. I highly recommend Long Island Blacktop and Masonry Inc for anyone who needs work done!!!

Excellent from start to finish. Long Island Blacktop and Paving communicated clearly the start and completion dates with the reminder a few days before. Very friendly and professional throughout and left no mess, even the dust was blown away. The work looks amazing and the price was excellent, especially for such a reputable and well known company. Look no further this is the company you want to use for your paving project.

Very impressed with the quality of work. Kieth and his team were professional and did an amazing job. During our first meeting, we described exactly what we envisioned for our driveway and walkway and they exceeded our expectations in every way. The quoted price never changed by a single dollar and they did the entire job in a single week. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for the highest quality from a company that you can trust and can deliver on exactly what they say they are going to do.

They redid my old front steps that were part of a newer porch. It required a lot of detail masonry work. It was very well done and Keith supervised and worked on the installation. All parts of the project were explained to me for my approval. I have now asked them to do more work on my home. Reasonable prices also.

Flores Contracting was very efficient and made sure the job was done right. They also cleaned up when they were done. A truly nice experience for me as a home owner.

I was planning on giving Keith and his crew a 5 for their work but they desire a one now . First, on April 9th while excavating the driveway the bobcat operator slammed into the side of my house damaging the new solar piping, cracking it. Keith said he would pay for repairs and that he would bring the money over. That was last week, I was supposed to have Sunnation repair it tomorrow 6/6/18. I forwarded the invoice to Keith and he promised to get the money to me. He never brought the money and is now not responding to emails , texts or voice messages. This is really bad, not repairing what you damage . Second , his workers do not clean up after themselves. They left their bottles, lunch wrappers etc all over the lawn. They also did not clean up construction debris such as extra concrete and other items . I had to pay for my own dumpster and remove it myself. Even though I referred him to other jobs, his last work follow through was poor, I would not recommend him for future jobs until he corrects his errors.

I used Keith Flores and his crew this summer to black top and pave around my driveway. The work was well done the staff was excellent as to details and cleanliness . Keith was always present and was very helpful and attentive to my wishes. I plan on using them again for my walkway and stoop . I would recommend them , thank Keith and staff.

I hired Flores Contracting over the summer (2017) to fully redesign and replace my front and back porches as well as my walkway and driveway. I met with other contracting companies for estimates however, Flores Contracting was the most reasonable. Flores Contracting is a full service company - from creating the design to following through to making it exactly as planned. Keith, the owner listened to my desires and concerns and explained all options and limitations that could lie ahead. Keith and his staff were extremely professional, patient and courteous and the end result was everything that I had hoped for. They did an exemplary job. Their attention to detail was amazing and the building materials were top quality. The job site was always left clean at the end of the day and the work was completed within the time frame given. I plan on hiring Flores Contracting to install a patio in my backyard next year. I highly recommend Flores Contracting for all of your masonry needs. I am an extremely happy and satisfied customer. Flores Contracting assisted in adding value to my home.

I feel very fortunate to have hired Keith Flores and his crew for three reasons: the beautiful finished project, the professionalism of the workers, and the reasonable price. I highly recommend them for masonry and paving work. We had a complete make-over consisting of two large patios, 3 sets of steps, 2 walkways, and a driveway. The quality of the work is excellent; they are artists. We have gotten compliments. Great care was taken every step of the way. Keith was on the job each day and explained everything they did. They always came when they said they would, worked quickly, and cleaned up before leaving. They reseeded any part of the lawn that was disturbed. The price was satisfactory. Looking at all their beautiful work makes me very happy. I would definitely use them again

They did a driveway and a front stoop with walkway for me. They recommended to use "Cambridge" - one of the top line pavers with Armotec, something we didn't know... I'm glad we used them.
I love the job and quality in proportion to the price.

I cannot pay enough nice compliments to Keith and the crew from Flores Contracting and on the job they performed on building a new front stoop and walkway. The old red brick chimney stoop was crumbling and falling apart . We had a basic idea of what we wanted to do, but Keith was instrumental in fine tuning what we wanted and needed to do. From his very first visit ,the professionalism he exhibited, his ideas and making what we needed to do from properly re-pitching the walkway to finally drain right after a rain shower and making the stoop a little wider and easier to access was evidence that he knew every step or situation that might arise in the proper completion of the job. His ever present tape-measure and notepad, calculating just what he needed to do was another habit that I noted and found very satisfying in realizing I had picked the right contractor for the job. I also wanted to add that Keith was right there with his crew from start to clean-up p.s. Paver job is beautiful

The work that Keith and his team was remarkable! My wife and I are very happy with the result. Keith was in the project site from day one until the last day of the project. He treated our project (improving our driveway) as if it is his own. I would love to recommend Flores Contracting Inc. to anybody who needs their driveway fixed or improved. Salute!

Keith is very professional and serious about the work that he does. He did my walkway from the entrance of my home to the backyard, and he also put up a very nice decorative wall covering up the block of cement that the builder left on the side of my house. He was very responsive throughout the job whenever I reached out to him and we will definitely utilize this company for additional future work. I would highly recommend this company if you want dedicated workers who clean up after the job and leave you satisfied with a job well done.

They did an excellent job expanding my driveway. They had to rip out the existing Belgian Blocks and re-install them. Driveway & blocks look as good as new! And to top it off, Keith was always there to answer all of my questions! I would definitely recommend them!

Needed to have my driveway paved after a new cesspool was installed. Tried to contact another contractor that had been recommended - no call backs! Contacted Keith at Flores based on internet reviews. He returned my call promptly, scheduled a time to come by for an estimate and kept the appointment! He explained the job clearly and I thought his price was very fair. Keith completed the job within the promised time frame and I am happy with the quality of workmanship. Definitely recommended!!!

they came on time, the crew was very polite, i was surprised to see keith being part of the work crew something that you don't see with other companies ,the best thing is if you have to make a change the owner is right there and you don't have to call the office or stop the project. we are happy with the stone work they did . i can't wait for the next year to do our driveway.. i really recommend them.

I wish all contractors operated like this one! Keith gave me a price, date when he can start, and how long it will take. He started and finished when agreed and did an excellent job. Will definataly hire again!!!

Keith came recommended by my father and sister in law I am the 3rd person in my family. I just got an asphalt driveway and two flower beds done a few weeks ago. Keith had great ideas and took his time to ensure that the front of my house looked aligned and pretty. I highly recommend using this company.
