Very dissatisfied with the quality of service provided. Carl Wand is not an effective mediator and this was not an efficient process and way overpriced. I was under the impression that you get what you pay for but was unfortunately wrong. The process ultimately cost me double what was originally estimated and had an unsuccessful outcome. Now I'm $13k in the hole and have to start over in litigation.
