This firm was hired by us to modify a loan. We were misled reagarding their services, prices and the status of our file. We were rarely updated with information, always had to call or email. They are helpful and quick to repond before they receive payment; once payment is received, they are slow and keep poor records as to the actions they are taking. They led us to believe that they were doing one thing for us, however, they were doing something totally different than what was discussed and agreed upon. In one case, they outright lied. Just prior to terminating our contract with this firm, they blamed other companies, and us, for their incompetence. Dates and addressees' were left off of faxes, and letters. We were led to believe that a paralegal was an attorney; our file was never reviewed by a licensed attorney (according to their log--only paralegals) It's sad when you cannot even trust your own attorney-I would not recommend this firm to anyone!
