Update, They have gotten their act together and fast (The power of bad reviews). The interior is painted and everything has been upgraded. The entire experience from the the front desk to tanning is much more pleasant. Of course, the new employees are friendly and definitely not corporate stuffed shirts/skirts (Urban Dictionary will explain), which make a huge difference and has increased my satisfaction level. I still have a good number of tans left from the previous salon, so I have time to make up my mind, whether or not, I will continue with Palm Beach Tan or just purchase a home unit that is a single panel of tanning bulbs that hangs on the back of most doors. Hmmm.
